Pleasure Walk Guided Meditation

Use this audio file to take yourself and your full body on a walk to enliven the senses, self-regulate, or come into the present. I recommend starting and stopping the recording as you engage in the prompts - carrying your device in your hand and putting it away once you are ready. Bee Breath Embodiment Meditation

This was a meditation that came to me while soaking in an outdoor bath, massaging my pelvis as a swarm of bees lingered overhead in the trees. It is a practice of bringing you deep inside yourself and noticing what desires, longing, or needs reside under the surface. It draws on some of my studies in Bee Shamanism and pelvis-centered wisdom. You can try it sitting or laying down, outside or in - just find a comfortable spot where you won’t be interrupted for about 12 minutes.

It begins by inviting in “bee breath” - a gentle humming practice and then continues to guide you through the ‘hive’ of your body.
