One-on-One Coaching
Deep support for your most intimate parts. Individual sessions tailored to your needs, desires, and boundaries. We will work where you are: listening to the mind-body-spirit for what wants to support. I will guide you to notice what’s happening just under the surface of your thoughts, help you attune to safety and connection, and find your “yes” “no” and “maybe”
You are completely in charge of your session.
Things we might work on in session could include: learning your own erotic blueprint, tools to know what you want and how to ask for and receive it. Deepening intimacy with yourself or your partner(s), releasing of habits & unwanted tension/pain, gynecological issues (vulvodynia, numbness, anorgasmia, incontinence), ending harmful patterns of people pleasing, porn addiction, receiving ecstatic erotic massage & movement, exploring anal pleasure & health, BDSM & kink, connecting to & manifesting desires, exploring the connection of sex & spirit, and deepening connection to self, others, & the earth.
*Investment for 75 minute In-Person Sessions - $225 per session is my standard rate. I offer $175-200 sliding scale for women, trans & non-binary folks.

You can book a free 30 minute call to get a feel for what it’s like to work together. From there, we will discuss the time commitment and container most suitable for you. For Those Who Want Support In Relationship - Couples, Triads, Quads, or Moresomes
Being in connected, joyful and pleasurable relationship can feel elusive and downright heart-breaking. Together, we can see what is working and where some support may be needed. I believe it is possible to get what you really want, even if it is not within your current relationship. There are many paths to explore once we confront our own patterns. This may be for you if you’d like to work with your partner(s) on communication issues, boundary setting, giving & receiving pleasure, exploring fantasies/kinks/edges, tantra, breath-work, and ecstatic sensual massage to name the big ones. Each session is built on your shared goals and desires and is as unique as your relationship.
We will start with a free 30 minute introductory Zoom call.
Investment for In-person sessions - $300 for 1.5 hour sessions
